Since we don’t do contracts or commitments, your first payment includes your first and last month’s payment, along with the enrollment fee. Your membership price will never change, and you’ll never be charged a maintenance or other silly fees.
Packages range from $25 to $100 per session based on how many days per week you meet, how many months you sign up for up front, and how long your sessions is (30 or 50 minutes)
Anyone new to a CrossFit training program will first go through our On Ramp program which has options ranging from $149 to $199. After that, our membership rates range between $134 per month, up to $174 per month depending on how many days each week you’d like to come in.
Class Ride packages start at $108 for six classes and $198 for 12 classes. A recurring, Unlimited Monthly Membership is $180 / month. You can also drop in for any class for $22.

After that, class packages range from $85 to $160, along with recurring, unlimited monthly options as well.
If you’re completely new to Olympic Weightlifting we’ll take you through two 1 on 1 training sessions to introduce the proper movement patterns and methodology of Olympic Weightlifting. You’ll then receive a 12-workout program to be completed during team training times for a total cost of $215. A regular, recurring monthly membership is $110 / month. Note: Access to NHWLC team training times is included with an Unlimited Membership from CrossFit New Haven.
