DAC Yoga: Janel Opeka
Tell us about your class style: I teach a 60-minute Power Yoga class including core work, standing poses, vinyasa flow and forward and backbends to promote strength, flexibility and endurance. Classes are available to all levels with plenty of modifications and will leave students feeling energized and centered.
Tell us more about you! I have a true passion for health and wellness. My yoga journey began 20 years ago while attending the University of Colorado where I played Division I soccer. I am a certified yoga instructor and Ironman Triathlete. My intention as a yoga instructor is to inspire others to live healthy and joyful lives. My classes are taught to build endurance, flexibility and strength while relieving stress and tension.
